All the bookings are on request, where we have to confirm availability with our external suppliers before booking. If you wish to book, please proceed with your reservation online, one of our Travel Advisers will then contact our supplier and call you back to confirm; this may take up to 24 hours.

We beg you to realize the pre-reservation by transference, as this way no payment is generated until having confirmed your booking.

As soon as your booking is confirmed you will be able to realize the payment by transference, as well as paying on account or with credit card.

Prices in Euros, the prices always include taxes and fees.

Payments

•A 15%-of the total price at booking confirmation
• 15% - 7 days after booking confirmation
• 35% - 30 working days before the date of arrival
• Rest on arrival.

Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations& changes without penalty up to 1 month before arrival.
Cancelling within the last 30 days before arrival there is a penalty of 35% of the total.
Cancelling the same day of arrival there is a penalty of 100% of the total.

Minimum Stay

Minimum Stay 7 nights.
Sometimes we can do less than 7 nights during Season if we can fit you in-between two other weekly rentals, so please ask!
